The delegates and titleholders that have participated in the pageant are able to cultivate their personal, professional, and philanthropic goals. These women and men are forward-thinking and motivated to not just talk about change, but to initiate it.

 Mrs. Kamlesh Chugh is the founder of  "Dreamgirl Entertainment." She is a strong woman with resilience and strength, who inspires and motivates one and all with her never give up attitude.  She is a philanthropist, and above all a kind humble down-to-earth human being. Mrs. Chugh founded the "Role Model Pageant " with a vision to inspire & encourage both women and men. She is a believer in every individual's talent and recognizes it. Her goal is to always spread love and help those around her.Mrs. Chugh  has dedicated most of her adult life to serving and interacting with the Indian Community. 

After completing medical school. She started her journey into business ventures. Once having tasted success in business, she then set sight on inspiring and motivating the Indian Community through her work as a chairman of the Greater Atlanta Punjabi Society and other various pageants which include:

The 2010 Mrs. India International Beauty Pageant, where she

 took home the 1st runner-up the crown.

• The 2016, LACA Mrs, India Beauty Pageant, which was organized in Bangkok, Thailand.  Mrs. Chugh  was humbled by winning the title of Inspirational Queen in Bangkok, Thailand.

• A Few Words from Mrs. Chugh

In my journey of participating in contests, I gained valuable life experiences and lessons. I was inspired by each and every participant who brought a fresh perspective on life and enriched my way of thinking. 

I have interacted and mingled with participants from different walks of life, who have faced challenges and adversities who have still found the strength to keep ongoing.What keeps them from going back is their beliefs. After a point, it’s not just about “outer beauty” but something more intangible, like inner strength, persistence, and compassion.

In 2018, I organized a DREAMGIRL- USA ENTERTAINMENT BEAUTY PAGEANT, which was a huge successful event. 

I was motivated to continue the Atlanta chapter of the beauty pageant and I started "A ROLE MODEL BEAUTY PAGEANT ".My main purpose today is to inspire, motivate, and lead numerous members- especially ladies of the Indian Community- to come out of their shells and give true meaning to the phrase “beauty with purpose.” I want women and men to be an inspiration for their children and grandchildren.
